How this site works
Privacy Policy
ToddlerGuide is a parent handbook you can read without an account. This page says what the site collects and how to reach us.
Last updated October 25, 2026.
What we collect
You can read ToddlerGuide without an account. We do not ask you to create an account, and we do not run a comment thread, newsletter signup, checkout, or login.
We do not ask for a child's name, date of birth, or medical history. The handbook is written for adult caregivers. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, email privacy@toddlerguide.com and we will delete it if we have it.
The quizzes on this site run in your browser. Answer choices stay on your device. We do not send quiz answers to our servers. If you share a result, the page address may include a short result code (for example ?r=) so the label can be opened again. That code names a quiz outcome. It does not name you.
The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare may process ordinary request data, such as IP address, browser type, and the page requested, to deliver the site, keep it online, and block abuse. Those logs are used to run the site, not to build a marketing profile.
If you use the contact form, we receive the email address you type and your message. We use that only to handle the request.
Tools we use
- We count page views with Cloudflare Web Analytics. It sets no cookies and does not follow you across sites. It records the page, referrer, browser type and country, in aggregate.
- We use Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use pages, through heatmaps and session recordings with typed text masked. Clarity sets cookies. Microsoft processes that data under its privacy statement (https://privacy.microsoft.com/privacystatement).
- Newsreader and Outfit are font files hosted on this site. Your browser loads them from ToddlerGuide.
- When you use the contact form, your email address and message are sent to a Cloudflare Pages function at /api/contact. If a notification address is configured, that function forwards them so we can read the request.
- The stroller comparison page embeds a YouTube video from youtube-nocookie.com. Your browser sends your IP address and browser details to YouTube when it loads that video.
Cookies
Cloudflare Web Analytics sets no cookies. Microsoft Clarity sets cookies, described under Tools we use.
